Our company did detail marketing inquiry of the products’ promising market at the initial stages of the research and development of the four-wheel motorcycle axle driving and reversing rear axle assemblies. After more than one month’s effort, we completed the drawing of a model motorcycle, through study the model vehicles in the completing manufacturing car factories and the inquiry of the requirement of the axle driving rear axle assemblies. These assemblies have the functions of odographs, forward and reverse gears, speed decelerating and differentials. The rear axle assemblies have the suspend structure replacing the half-axle devices, which not only endure the torsional moment, but also change the bad stressing conditions at bending, and we adopt the mini cars brake devices.
Those greatly improve the functions of the four-wheel motorcycles from varied aspects, and provide them the ability of compelling with the mini-cars, so these assemblies are welcomed by the completing manufacturing car companies and consumers just after their coming into the market.
Our company invested much money and technology strength in the research and development of four-wheel motorcycle axle driving and reversing rear axle assemblies. Our company newly constructed producing field of 3600 m2 , and logistics place of 400 m2 ?, bought seven spiral bevel gear machining equipments，two spiral bevel gear symmetrically rolling examining machines, four common lathes, two erect milling machines, one out-circularity grinding machine, and air compressing machines, electric welding machines, and many tools, clamps, measuring implements and other producing assisting establishments. All of our staff will try to meet the requirement of “much devotion, high jumping-off point, strict criterion”, and the tenets of “quality first, consumers first”, so as to get the cooperating opportunities of new or old consumers.
